Chocmod, world leader in truffle making, asked Poudre Noir to rethink their business strategy, structure their brand portfolio and help launch their new product.
First, we held a study to determine the challenges and opportunities we faced to enter the market. We then conducted an internal analysis that included one-on-one interviews and personalized workshops, held in conjunction with an external analysis that focused on information such as focus-group results. This enabled us to collect vital consumer information and provide solid recommendations about how to launch the product. We were then able to put together a communication plan in order to position the product in a very competitive market.
Poudre Noir also redefined the company’s flagship brand, Truffettes de France. This new positioning aimed to market truffles as a delicious chocolate pleasure that can be enjoyed any time. To strengthen the brand’s character and identity, we also put together a brand book and social-media strategy.
Poudre Noir now collaborates with Chocmod to help them make full use of their brands, put different communication activities into place and perfect their online presence.
