Solution

The digital platform allowed us to present the company culture to competitors while offering a variety of interactive sections for them to discover the Royal LePage universe by creating their own personalized media kit, which includes a business card, sign, and Facebook cover image. An interactive questionnaire also enabled agents to evaluate how their goals and values “fit” with those of Royal LePage in order to help them make the leap. The first set of testimonial videos produced by the client also added to the microsite experience.

The campaign was made up of numerous elements, including web via enewsletters as well as ads on social media and Google Display, each presenting the company’s key pillars.
